Yes! You can use the VMDOC app on any mobile phone or tablet.
You can log in to your VMDOC account by going to and entering your email and password.

You may also go to the VMDOC sign in screen and click the link that says “Forgot Password?”. Enter your email address and select how you want to receive instructions to reset your password. Then click “Forgot Password”.

New messages are under the “Messages” tab. The number of unread items in your Messages folder is indicated on the top right corner of your home page.


Based on your notification preferences, you will automatically receive a text, and/or email notification from VMDOC letting you know you have a new message and a link to access the message in VMDOC. To customize the way you receive notifications, visit the “Profile” Section in your account and make the changes in “Personal Information”.
To start a new message, go to the “Messages” tab.


Then click “Compose”.


On the message screen that pops up, enter the subject and select the message type:



Write your message in the “Message” field and click or tap “Send” when you’re finished.





Your sent message will appear in the “Sent” folder.


If you are not receiving email alerts, sign in to your VMDOC account and go to “Profile”. From there you can update your notification settings under “Change Personal Information”.

To ensure that the email we send you ends up in your inbox, and isn’t mistakenly sent to the junk folder, please add our email address ( to your address book or safe sender list.

Last-minute emergencies sometimes happen. If this happens, VMDOC will email the patient and provider as soon as possible letting them know about the scheduling change.
Yes! Through VMDOC, providers can send custom pre- and post-appointment or procedure paperwork for the patient to securely complete and send back. It saves time for both the provider and the patient, and increases the accuracy and legibility of the patient’s medical records. The patient can also submit paperwork they wish to add to their record by uploading it directly into their Patient Profile.

Absolutely! Our health maintenance reminders offer the tools a patient needs to improve overall wellness. They can create as many reminders as needed to improve their health and overall wellness. Whether it is a reminder to take medication every day, to schedule an annual colonoscopy, or to schedule an annual mammogram, VMDOC manages it all.

With our Smart Monitor, providers can customize a vitals monitor based on the patient’s needs. Just choose the monitor type, threshold, and frequency of the monitoring. The patient will receive reminders to check their levels and the provider will receive an alert if it is abnormal. It’s that easy!

VMDOC will send a reminder prior to your scheduled appointment. When the appointment starts, you will receive the link to your private video chat room and begin your appointment.
For VideoVisit you will need Google Chrome, Firefox, or Opera as your browser. If you use your phone, you will need to be connected to the Internet (WiFi or 3G) and have the app from VSEE installed.

Yes, you can include any specialists, interpreters, or relatives.
